For years, the world has been witness to such humiliating, disturbing and inhumane acts made by the terrorist group ISIS. ISIS was able to create mass terror and generate global hate at the same time. Prominent countries have vowed to put an end to the terror group and it seems that another powerful country will join the league of countries against ISIS. China is reported to be the newest country all set to defeat ISIS.

China Ready To Join War Against ISIS

Defense officials have finally revealed that China is about to dispatch troops against ISIS terrorists in Syria and Iraq. China’s military is most likely to join with Russia in the global campaign against the so called Islamic State (ISIS). China is worried that a growing trend among the Uyghur Muslim minority in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region of western China that has increasingly become a target of support for ISIS. The Turkish army also declared that last month, 913 ISIS terrorists were captured while illegally crossing the border with Syria since January 2015 and the vast majority have been Chinese Muslims.

According to the officials, China is ready to join Russia’s airstrike campaign against ISIS which already began last September. The Chinese government also announced last December that new counter-terror policies allowing overseas activities are being implemented. All of this due to China's being reportedly bothered by the way ISIS is gaining a stronghold in Xinjiang.

Uyghurs also have conducted numerous attacks in the region, including with guns and explosives, and in response the government has cracked down. ISIS terrorists in Syria also issued a rare video last July, calling on Uyghurs in China to come join ISIS in the Middle East. The video was reportedly the first public call on Uyghurs to join the infamous jihadist group.
